Pleasant Stay with Top-Notch Service

My experience was enhanced by the warm welcome from the staff. The pool area was a great place to unwind, and the basketball court added fun for my kids. Tip, Make sure to enjoy breakfast at the onsite restaurant—delicious and fresh!

During my recent stay, I loved being just a short stroll away from the beautiful Conrad Mansion and the vibrant Montana Modern Fine Art gallery, making my city walks all the more enjoyable. the central location truly allowed me to soak in the local culture and scenic views with ease. the hotel offered a friendly atmosphere and comfortable accommodations that made my exploration even better, but the air conditioning could have been fresher.

The room was clean and comfy, which was a nice surprise! However, I did notice some outdated decor and a broken toilet seat that pinched me. Also, the air conditioner made a weird smell. Overall, not too bad for a pet room, and my dogs seemed to love it. I just wish the place felt a bit fresher.

The gorgeous scenery and the activities available were perfect for our large group, making it easy to relax and create lasting memories together.

For dads, it would be great to have more family-friendly dining options on-site.

The BEST part was the comfy beds! 🌙 The place could use a refresh, and I noticed some odd smells, but the staff did their best to help. More breakfast options would be nice too.

My stay at Fairbridge Inn, Suites & Outlaw Conference Center was quite satisfactory. The staff were exceptionally friendly and eager to assist, ensuring that all my business needs were met efficiently. The business center provided all necessary amenities for printing and copying, while the comfortable, well-appointed Queen Room made for a relaxing retreat after long work hours.

Some areas showed signs of wear and tear.

Upon checking into our room, it was disappointing to find dirty toenail clippings on the carpet, and housekeeping neglected to clean our room the following day. No acknowledgment or apology was offered for these issues. However, the American pancakes served at breakfast were enjoyable. Regrettably, these positives couldn't outweigh the unpleasant experiences during our stay.

I had a pleasant stay with my family at the hotel. The manager Amber, she was super helpful and even upgraded us when we had a minor issue,, which was really nice!
